Intro To MTB Events

The perfect introduction to mountain biking!

Mountain biking can be as daunting as it is thrilling, so we created our Intro To MTB events to cover everything you need to get rolling confidently and safely on singletrack!

Led by our experienced and empathic instructors, these introductory events will help you establish a strong foundation of fundamental skills.  Developing good body position on the bike creates stability and balance, which builds confidence and ignites stoke.  Learn to how to use the brakes and gears to navigate the twists and turns of the trails and the ups and downs of the hills.

Participants will be taught a pre-ride safety check to deepen their understanding of their equipment and ensure their safety going forward. Trail and group etiquette will also be covered to further welcome folks into the amazing mountain biking community.

April 21 - Christie Lake
April 27 - Guelph Lake
May 4 - Kinsmen Park (Beamsville)
