Terms & Conditions

As we embark on exhilarating mountain biking adventures together, it's important to understand our policies to ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all. Our policies are designed to provide clarity and guidance in various situations. Please review these policies carefully to familiarize yourself with our approach to handling weather-related concerns, cancellations, and the importance of preparedness. By participating in our activities, you agree to abide by these policies.

Let's ride safely and have an unforgettable time on the trails!

  • Weather is the one thing StokedMTB Sessions cannot control, despite our best efforts. In the case of inclement weather, participants will be contacted via email. To gather the most accurate weather updates possible, the final "go or no-go" decision will be made no later than 2 hours prior to the scheduled start time.

Every attempt will be made to run each session as planned, taking reasonable precautions for rain, heat and air quality. This includes changing the location of a session if trails are closed due to wet conditions. In the case of severe thunderstorms or downpours, a session may be postponed. Group events will run on the rain date indicated in the event description. Private sessions will be rescheduled to a mutually agreed date and time.

StokedMTB Sessions is not responsible for sessions missed outside of the situations described above.

  • Private Sessions:
The postponement or rescheduling of a session due to adverse weather or trail conditions will be agreed upon by both parties. Requests for cancellations made within 48 hours of the scheduled start time may incur an administration fee, with the remaining amount refunded.

    Group Events:
StokedMTB Sessions understands that life can happen, and we try our best to accommodate most circumstances. Our general policy is based on the notice we are given:

    • Up to 6 days before event or series: full refund, less administration fee

    • Five or fewer days before event, series, or no show: no refund given

Registrations are not transferable. StokedMTB Sessions reserves the right to cancel any series or events due to insufficient registration or other factors that make the event or series impractical to operate. In such instances, we will try our best to inform you at least 5 days prior to the event or series but, depending on the circumstance, this may be closer to the start date.

In the event the StokedMTB Sessions is required to cancel an event or series, participants will be offered a transfer, transferable credit or in some cases a full refund for their registration, with no administrative penalties.

  • You are required to arrive at the designated meeting point punctually, fully equipped with the necessary gear as detailed in the confirmation email prior to the starting time of the session or event. StokedMTB will not extend the duration of a session or event to accommodate tardiness.

It is your responsibility to ensure that all your equipment is in optimal working condition and safe to use. While we acknowledge that mechanical issues may arise, please note that StokedMTB does not assume responsibility for repairing your equipment. Additionally, we reserve the right to decline service if any equipment poses a safety hazard.
