Skills Camp | Horseshoe/Copeland - July 18
Stoked Skills Camp: Horseshoe & Copeland
Date: Saturday, July 18, 2026 | 10:00 AM - 4:00 PM
Location: Horseshoe Resort / Copeland Forest, 1101 Horseshoe Valley Rd W, Barrie, ON
One Day. Two Ways to Progress.
On July 18, we’re offering a "Choose Your Adventure" format. Whether you want to master the technical roots of the forest or find your flow in the bike park, you’ll spend the full day (10:00 AM – 4:00 PM) in a dedicated small group (6:1 ratio) tailored to your terrain of choice.
Step 1: Choose Your Terrain
Both paths follow our proven StokedMTB Alchemy (Morning Lab + Afternoon Trail Session), but the focus shifts based on where you ride:
Path A: The Forest (Copeland Forest XC) Focus on technical climbing, root navigation, and maintaining momentum through tight, wooded singletrack. Perfect for those who love the "earn your descent" lifestyle.
Path B: The Park (Horseshoe Bike Park) It’s not just for hooligans! The bike park is a controlled environment with trails for every skill level. Because the chairlift handles the climbing, you save your legs for the "good stuff"—focusing purely on cornering, line choice, and confidence at speed.
What’s Included:
5 hours of professional coaching: 2.5hr morning session + 2.5hr on-trail session
Small Group Coaching: Max 6:1 ratio for personalized feedback.
The Morning Lab: Mastering the "how" and "why" of maneuvers with a morning of skills & drills with lots of repetition in a neutral environment.
The Afternoon Trail Session: Real-world application on best singletrack of Horseshoe Bike Park or Copeland Forest.
Demo Gear Access: Free use of MTB-specific shoes, pedals, and pads
The Wrap-Up: Post-ride snacks, cold drinks, and high-fives with the crew.
The Stoked Experience:
We don’t do "one size fits all." A few weeks before camp, you’ll receive a rider survey, which we use your input and goals to curate small groups so you’re riding with people at your level. Whether you’re dialing in the basics or looking to clean that technical rock line, we’ve got a spot for you.
Important Details:
Lift Tickets: If you choose the Bike Park path, you are responsible for purchasing your own lift ticket through Horseshoe Resort.
The Stoked Experience: You’ll receive a rider survey a few weeks before camp to help us dial in your specific skill group.
Investment: $250 + HST
Add-On: Dial In Your Bike (Friday, July 17)
