📍 Location: Horseshoe Bike Park Skills Area
In this 90-minute group lesson, StokedMTB instructors will break down the fundamentals of cornering — from body positioning and braking to line choice and momentum. Whether you’re new to berms or looking to fine-tune your technique, you’ll leave with practical tools to make every corner feel smoother and more fun.
Meet-up:
Meet at the StokedMTB tent at 15 minutes before your session, ready to roll with your bike, helmet and adventurous spirit.
What to Expect:
Body positioning and bike handling techniques for cornering
How and when to brake for maximum control
Line choice and momentum to carry speed through turns
Specific focus on riding berms with confidence and flow
Small group size for personalized feedback
What You Need:
A mountain bike in good working order (disc brakes, knobby tires wider than 2”, hardtail or full suspension)
Full-face helmet (mandatory)
Knee and elbow pads (recommended – demo gear available first-come, first-served)
Mountain biking shoes and pedals (flats recommended, clipless if preferred)
All genders welcome. Ages 18+.

Each Cornering session requires a minimum of 2 participants. If this minimum is not met, the session will be cancelled and registered riders will receive a full refund.
